The Artistic Features Of Beethoven’s Early Variations

In the long history of Western music history,Beethoven is one of the composers with important status and important influence.His sonatas and concertos have been well known and conducted in-depth research,while the more historical and more varied variations have not attracted the attention of domestic music researchers.During my postgraduate studies,I had the privilege of learning to play Beethoven’s early variation "Wolanitzki Russian Dance Theme Variations"(WoO 71).During the learning process,I found that the information on Beethoven’s early variations was very limited.In order to play Beethoven’s early variations in the future,there is a more accurate grasp of the overall style and performance skills of the music.Therefore,the artistic characteristics of Beethoven’s early variations are selected as the research direction,and WoO 71 is taken as an example for specific research.This first work is taken as an example because Czerny said in the "Similar interpretation of Beethoven’s piano solo works" that this variation is all the advantages of Beethoven’s early variations and develops these advantages in this work.More perfect.Therefore,this thesis comprehensively and deeply summarizes the artistic features of its music structure,variation technique and music style,which shows that the variation of Beethoven’s early creation continues the tradition of creation in the classical period.He is in the predecessors such as Haydn and Mozart.Based on the creative techniques,a new attempt and exploration of the variational style was carried out.The variational structure he created is very rigorous,the variations are varied,his personal characteristics are remarkable,his creative ideas are different from those of other composers,he is brave in trying and innovating,so his variations are the most worthy of deep research in this kind of works.
