An In-depth Study Of Composition Techniques In Ravel’s Bolero

Bolero is a classical orchestral work by ravel,an outstanding French impressionist composer.This paper takes bolero dance music as the research object,which is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction of ravel’s life and bolero.The second part focuses on the analysis of the composition techniques,such as the musical structure,theme melody,rhythm,tonality layout and harmony.The third part focuses on a series of analysis and research on the "orchestration technique" of this work.It is hoped that through the multifaceted study of composition techniques in this work,we can learn and obtain ravel’s outstanding theories and techniques of composition techniques,especially his exquisite and excellent orchestration techniques.
