Study On The Change And Developmentof The Lahu Dance In Pu 'Er Nationality

The Lahu people that belong to Diqiang ethnic groups have a long history and profound culture.It has formed it's own unique national dance culture gradually during the long development of the history.And the folk dance art is the most important part of it.The birth and evolvement of Lahu dance is the condensation and performance of the Lahu culture which directly shows every field of production and life of Lahu and has the representative cultural characteristics of Lahu.In history,the Lahu people were the Hunting nationality,Migration nationality and typical Mountain nationality with ambient occlusion and slow development in society and economy.During the long self-directed development and evolution process,it has formed the phenomenon that its traditional culture was well preserved and the dance style is primitive and unsophisticated with various kinds of dance art.Therefore,Lahu dance is of great historical and cultural value and of artistic appreciation value.Two of the most representative Lahu dances that are called Lusheng dance and Swing dance have been listed into provincial and national-level intangible cultural heritages.Other kinds of Lahu dance has also being dug continuously and declared positively.Lahu folk dance art hold an important position to inherit and develop traditional culture.Lancang,Pu??er administer county,as the only Lahu autonomous county in our country and the second largest county by area in Yunnan,has a rich cultural resource of Lahu dance.And such as the Kucong ethnic groups,one of Lahu ethnic,also lives in Pu??er.Therefore,my thesis choose Pu??er to be my regional studies which is the typical representative of Lahu dance.Nowadays,Lahu dance has entered a rapid development period,especially under the economic global climate,multicultural exchange has been a necessity during the development of contemporary culture.This thesis mainly study on the changes and the development of Pu??er Lahu dance under the background of the history evolvement.My research can be divided into four parts.Firstly,it summarized nationality history background of Pu??er Lahu nationality and historical origin of dance and folk dance by using historical method and a variety of literary and hitorical evident.It will make readers have a clear understanding about the cultural environment of Lahu dance birth and development.Secondly,It divided Lahu history into three symbolic period to study,and analyze the process of the development of its history,which will make readers have a clearer understanding about the historical development of Lahu dance to research the main reason and regulation of the changes and development of Lahu dance.Thirdly,the historical diversity makes Lahu evolve in various ways.Multi-dimension research and analysis of the specific performance of Lahu folk dance in the historical flood is to determine the developing trend of Lahu dance.Fourthly,after the horizontal and vertical comparision,we can draw a conclusion about the specific reason and regulation of the changes and development of Lahu.What??s more,we can provide academic insights and reflection when it comes to promoting and grasping the future trends of Lahu dance in contemporary society.
