Resource Link:Research On The Role Of Social Work In The Construction Of JD Community Culture

Resources are indispensable in the construction of rural community culture.Resources provide the foundation and guarantee for the cultural construction of rural communities.The basic characteristics of resources in poverty-stricken areas are limited,decentralized and concealed.Many resources are in a dusty and petrochemical state.What is an important link to promote the cultural construction of rural communities and enhance the effectiveness of social work services that how to excavate the resources of �sleeping�,make the limited resources play the greatest role,and make resources and residents reciprocate.Resource links are an important function of social work.As a resource linker,social workers meet the cultural needs of community residents through the exploration,combing and activation of community resources.Taking the poverty alleviation practice of social workers in JD community of S Township of Jiangxi Province as an example,using the theories of demand hierarchy and social capital to explore the process of resource linking and its role in the practice of social construction in rural communities.Firstly,analyzing the cultural needs of JD community residents,the community resources are analyzed and combed from four aspects: material resources,human resources,organizational resources and cultural resources;Secondly,discussed the practice of social work in JD community resource linking and integration The process in detail,and analyze the effects of resource links and the challenges faced by social workers.Finally,the experiences of social work in linking and integrating resources inside and outside the community are summarized,and some problems still exist.discuss.The research results show that combing the cultural resources inside and outside rural communities can help to better meet the cultural needs of rural residents;play the self-organizing resources of the community to stimulate the cultural potential of rural residents;establish�social workers +community work�The staff + new media + community residents" resource organization linkage model to achieve effective integration of resources,and thus promote community culture.In response to the shortcomings of practice,the following suggestions are proposed: improving the capacity of social workers;establishing an open platform to promote communication among different professionals;using new media to break the restrictions of service space,innovating the self-organized management methods of communities;establishing volunteer service stations to protect society the sustainability of resources.
