| The most obvious development of Indonesian Chinese education is embodied in the Jakarta.Jakarta is the capital city where central government of Indonesian took place.It has significant influence and representativeness in politics,economy,culture,and other aspects,making Chinese education development more obvious.Especially in recent years,in order to promote the development of Chinese education,both the Indonesian government and the Chinese government have made great efforts to train Indonesian local Chinese teachers.For this reason,I do in-depth research to understand the situation of local Chinese teachers in Jakarta.The sample of this research is Indonesian local Chinese teacher that located in 3 public schools and 25 private schools in West Jakarta.Through questionnaires,interviews,and observation methods,I analyze the existing problems of West Jakarta local Chinese teachers,such as unreasonable teaching age,inadequate personal abilities,high stress,and lack of attention to Chinese teaching training.I also give some corresponding advises to local Chinese teachers in West Jakarta. |
