'The Shangdang Bayinhui' is the folk wind and percussion music mainly prevailing in southeast Shanxi Province,most of them are organized spontaneously by the masses,has a unique regional characteristics and artistic charm?The research on the Shangdang Bayinhui mainly focuses on analyze folklore,music ontology,and the relationship between the Shangdang Bayinhui and other forms of folk music.By analyzing a large number of musical examples,this paper aim to demonstrate the social function,performance form and music style of the Shangdang Bayinhui,hoping that on the basis of the achievements of the predecessors,further systematize the theory,localize the music,characterize the features,and live the comparative study.In this study,the author will comprehensively adopt the relationship between geography,sociology,folklore and ethnomusicology,conduct a multi-angle analysis of the Shangdang Bayinhui.The paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is introduction,indicating the basis,research objectives and research contents of this thesis;The second chapter a brief overview of the Shangdang areas in terms of history,geography,folk customs,economy,as a basic research work,it has a macroscopic cognition of the living environment of the Shangdang Bayinhui,revealing that national music survives in the private sector,which is one of the main forms of social culture;The third chapter analyzes the performance style,aesthetic characteristics and music scores in different periods of the Shangdang Bayinhui,through the comparative analysis of relevant music ontology elements,carrying on the more comprehensive elaboration of the Shangdang Bayinhui,and discussing its artistic characteristic;The fourth chapter discusses the compatibility of the Shangdang Bayinhui with other local music forms;The fifth chapter puts forward some constructive suggestions from the perspective of inheritance and development for the Shangdang Bayinhui.The Shangdang Bayinhui is a form of folk instrumental ensemble,which is both blow and percussion,eclectic,very popular with people.
