This paper takes the handwritten inscription on the wooden screen lacquer painting unearthed from the tomb of Sima Jinlong in the late of Northern Wei Dynasty.Taking the lacquer painting inscription as the entry point,I will briefly explain the development of the ink calligraphy in this period.Since these unearthed inscriptions are the only ink calligraphy in the Northern Wei Dynasty,they have important historical significance in the history of calligraphy.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which is mainly a literature review of Sima Jinlong Tomb Screen Paint Painting Inscription.The second part is a brief description of Sima Jinlong Tomb Screen Paint Painting Inscription.It is discussed from two aspects: the content of the lacquer inscription and the historical and cultural background generated by the inscription.The third part is the analysis of the calligraphy of Sima Jinlong Tomb Screen Paint Painting Inscription.This chapter is the key part of this paper,From the evolution of inscriptions,the style of inscriptions and the textual research of calligraphers.The fourth part is to analyze the influence and significance of the inscription of the screen lacquer painting in Sima Jinlong's tomb.It elaborates the influence of the inscription on the inscription of the Bingling Temple grottoes and the relationship between the inscription of the screen lacquer painting in Gaochang Tomb and the significance of the inscription of Sima Jinlong's lacquer painting in the history of calligraphy.The innovation of this paper is also the focus of this paper,which is a detailed analysis and discussion of the style of the inscription calligraphy.This paper mainly uses literature research and comparative methods to sort out the historical materials of calligraphy in the Pingcheng period of the Northern Wei Dynasty and the information about the Weibei calligraphy,so that we can systematically study the lacquer inscriptions of the Sima Jinlong tomb.These handwritten inscriptions reproduce the book surface of the transition period from official script to regular script in the Northern Wei Dynasty,which is more precious than the stone inscriptions of the same period,and is of great significance for studying the evolution of ink calligraphy.
