Investigation And Research On The Preparation Of Volunteer Teaching Plan For Novice Chinese Teachers In Thailand

The teaching plan is a specific teaching plan prepared by the teacher before the lecture,and is an important basis for ensuring the quality of teaching.As one of China's important neighboring countries,Thailand is actively engaged in Chinese language teaching throughout the country.However,there are many problems in the preparation of volunteer teaching plans for novice Chinese teachers in Thailand.In order to improve the importance of novice Chinese teacher volunteers in the preparation of teaching plans,this paper uses electronic questionnaires to investigate the preparation of 47 novice Chinese teachers who have been to Thai for Thai teachers.Based on the 47 volunteer teaching plans collected,analyzing the background and attitudes towards the preparation of teaching plans,the form of teaching plans,the design effect of teaching plans,etc.And found that there are several problems in the preparation of teaching plans for Chinese teachers in Thailand,such as perfunctory attitudes,insufficient knowledge reserves,and weak reflective consciousness.The reasons for the problems have been made to Hanban,the relevant education departments and the volunteers themselves.The aim is to improve the teaching level of volunteers by improving the ability of novice Chinese teachers to teach in Thailand,thus promoting the development of the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language in Thailand and the world.
