Study On BG Chamber Choir

China’s choir has a history of hundred years.In recent 20 years,China’s choir music education is developing rapidly.Except choir education in school,choir education in the society is also becoming prosperous.Amateur choir made up from social adults is developing fast,becoming a group not to be ignored.This article focuses on choir field,and is an individual study on B.G.Chamber Choir.The study explores the art characteristics of B.G.Chamber Choir by methods of interviews and investigations,which includes concert themes held by this group,making and executing of schedule of daily rehearsal and concepts of work selection etc.The study also thinks over the limitation of adult amateur choir education in our social music education,explores and discusses the developing direction of adult amateur choir education in our social music education.The main body of this article is divided into three parts.The first part: the establishment and development of B.G.Chamber Choir,which is to explore the construction of B.G.Chamber Choir by starting from its history background,organizational structure and management system,and to analyzing the development of B.G.Chamber Choir from first exploration stage(2005-2009),construction and build-up stage(2009-2015),and present developing status(2015-present).The second part: getting to know training method of B.G.Chamber Choir,discussing the art characteristics of B.G.Chamber Choir by starting from concert themes held by this group and its program list,making and executing of schedule of daily rehearsal and concepts of work selection.The third part: thinking over the limitation of adult amateur choir education in our social music education,exploring and discussing the developing direction of adult amateur choir education in our social music education by comparing B.G.Chamber Choir to other adult amateur choir.
