Since reform and opening-up, China’s material, cultural and got rapid development and living standardsimprove, make people more and more high demand for and the spiritual civilization, especially to musiceducation increasing demand, coupled with the need of modern society to music talented person, to makemusic in the aspect of promoting people’s all-round development of body and mind play an important role. Itslimitations of the ordinary school music education, have already can’t satisfy people’s strong desire demandfor music, combined with social music education teaching forms of flexibility, diversity, make it more andmore people’s concern and attention, also attracted a growing number of adults through various ways toparticipate in the social music education, to learn the knowledge of music and music skills, enhance theirartistic accomplishment, adult social music learners mainly include college students in the school,out-of-school youth, the elderly in retirement. Adult social music education as a social music educationcomponent, with the ordinary school music education as is an important part of the implementation of qualityeducation, to improve the comprehensive quality of the national overall development plays an irreplaceablerole. But as the increasing of social music learning of adult students, some corresponding problems arise.This thesis mainly is to the university and the adult social music music learners learning activities of thecity for investigation and study, conducted among university students and youth outside of the city, takingRizhao city as an example, through to the Rizhao city adult social music education activities of theinvestigation and study, understand social music college adult education present situation, analyzes itsexisting problems, and puts forward some solving strategy of coarse micro and thinking, so as to promotecollege adult social music education of comprehensive, coordinated and healthy development.The article is divided into four parts, the first chapter mainly from the perspective of theory, to the adultsociety music education related elaborates the concept, characteristics and development factors; The secondchapter is mainly the author through to the Rizhao city adult social music education present situationinvestigation, including the general situation and development of Rizhao city, and through the way ofquestionnaire and interviews of Rizhao city adults social music education in the basic situation of adultstudents, social music education form, teaching situation, summarizes present situation investigation andstudy; The third chapter through investigating the status quo, analysis of the existing problems and the adultitself various non-intelligence factor’s influence on the social music learning; The fourth chapter mainly forthe adult social music education that exist in all sorts of problems and all sorts of non-intelligence factors, putforward the corresponding solution strategy, so as to promote the adult social music education healthydevelopment.
