Evolution And Contemporary Value Of China's Rural Land Policy Since The Founding Of The People's Republic Of China

As the core resource of farmers' interests and the basic carrier of agricultural production,land determines the development and stability of rural areas and the enthusiasm of farmers.It is the core of China's "three rural issues".Based on the history and reality,this paper systematically sorts out the historical evolution of China's rural land policy since the founding of the People's Republic of China,profoundly grasps the important exposition of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the reform of rural land policy in the new era,and clarifies the current and future direction of rural land reform.Provide experience for the continuous improvement of rural land system reform.On the basis of combining the research status quo at home and abroad,this paper firstly sorts out the changes of rural land policy since the founding of the People's Republic of China,and the specific evolution process of the policy according to the time sequence from the early stage of the founding of the People's Republic of China to before the reform and opening up,after the reform and opening up to the 18 th National Congress and the new era.The rural household production contract responsibility system has effectively stimulated the enthusiasm of farmers and solved the problem of food and clothing in the country.collective management construction land entry and homestead reform were studied with the “three blocks” as the main line.It summarizes the basic characteristics and main experiences of the evolution of land policy since the founding of the People's Republic of China.Finally,it is proposed that the contemporary value of rural land policy since the founding of the People's Republic of China is reflected in the following four aspects: first,to improve rural productivity and to promote the implementation and advancement of the national strategy;second,to stimulate farmers' enthusiasm and enhance farmers' sense of gain;and third,optimize production.Relationship,innovative agricultural production and management methods;Fourth,promote urban and rural integration,and achieve harmonious development of urban and rural areas.
