Civilized etiquette is one of the foundations of building a harmonious society,only everyone has a good etiquette culture,in order to form a harmonious social interpersonal relationship.Therefore,it is one of the trends of educational reform in our colleges and universities to cultivate compound talents with excellent professional skills and rich theoretical knowledge,etiquette and cultural accomplishment and sound personality quality.Etiquette culture is an indispensable basic accomplishment in the process of college students ' growth,and it is imperative to strengthen the cultivation of college students ' etiquette and cultural accomplishment.By consulting the previous research results to know.At present,teachers in various courses in colleges and universities attach great importance to college students ' etiquette and culture education,but the research results of etiquette culture literacy training according to the characteristics of curriculum or project are rare.This study holds that only by combining the characteristics of the curriculum can we carry out targeted training work,and can we better improve the training effect of etiquette culture.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,observation,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,through summing up and collating the whole content of etiquette culture,screening the content of etiquette culture which is suitable for the characteristics of ballroom dance project,and validating its training effect through teaching experiment.(1)The training effect of students ' etiquette culture is not achieved overnight,and each teacher can gradually improve the students ' etiquette and cultural accomplishment only by strengthening the educational work of students ' etiquette culture all the year round.There are many contents and kinds of etiquette culture,teachers should choose the key training content according to the characteristics of the project,which is one of the effective measures to improve the efficiency of etiquette culture training.(2)The ballroom dance Project has the characteristics of two-person sports form,external beauty modification,stylized dancing process and competitive show normative four items,which are consistent with interpersonal etiquette,grooming etiquette,personal behavior etiquette and the training content of classroom standard etiquette,The educational work of etiquette culture around the anastomosis point can cultivate the quality of students ' etiquette culture more accurately.(3)In the course of ballroom dance teaching,the quality of students ' etiquette culture can be improved through two ways of external cause and internal cause.External causes mainly play the role of guidance,persuasion,intuitive,internal causes mainly play the role of understanding,deduction,expression.The main training methods of external factors are the teaching of teachers ' language,the demonstration of teachers ' role models and the environment of classrooms,and the main training methods of internal factors are the practical training of manners and the practice of situational simulation.Through the simultaneous influence of external factors and two ways of internal causes,the personal behavior etiquette,grooming etiquette,classroom standard etiquette and interpersonal etiquette of ballroom dance students have been significantly improved,while interpersonal communication etiquette has improved the most,followed by personal behavior etiquette,grooming etiquette,classroom standard etiquette.
