Investigation And Countermeasure Research On The Present Situation Of Teaching Of Dance Majors (Sports Dance Direction) In Colleges And Universities Of Shandong Province

Sports dance is a kind of physical education, music, aesthetics, dance as one body movements, to dance as the basic content, to double or collective training for sports major sports entertainment and fitness type description. It can not only promote the healthy development of human body and mind, but also can improve people’s ideological and moral standards, promote scientific and cultural construction, enhance physical and life skills. Eighteen big reports of the party put education to improve people’s livelihood and strengthen social construction of the first, stressed the need to "strive to run education to the satisfaction of the people", which fully reflects the firm determination of the Party Central Committee to the cause of education attaches great importance to and give priority to education. Sports dance teaching is an important part of school physical edu cation curriculum system. Under the background of new era, how to innovate the teaching of sports dance in Colleges and universities, how to reform is a challenge of the physical education.This study used a questionnaire survey method, literature method, logical analysis, mathematical statistics and other specialty in Colleges and universities of Shandong province dance(dance sports teaching direction) were investigated in Shandong Province, the dance specialty(sports dance direction) teaching the existing problems were analyzed, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for teaching the reform of professional sports dance in Colleges and universities in Shandong province. The results show that the:1, Shandong sports dance teachers in Colleges in male teachers are more teachers, age is younger, 72.3% of the teachers age concentrated in the age of 35. Education level is not high, 48.89% of the university sports dance teachers are bachelor degree, only 11.11% titles asassociate professor. All the teachers of sports dance teacher qualification certificate, and participated in the sports dance training.2, colleges and universities of Shandong province sports dance most of the students in preschool for only one year following the sports dance learni ng, basically satisfied with the current sports dance teachers; only a few students were all ten learning; the majority of girls in the number. In the choice of employment, the students choose to compare the average.3, the Shandong province colleges and u niversities sports dance professionals no unified teaching material, is still using the traditional teaching methods, lack of sports dance teaching facilities, teaching environment of sports dance to be improved.4, the Shandong province university sports dance teaching should strengthen the sports dance teachers and curriculum construction, encourage teachers to participate in the research, improve the overall scientific research ability of their sports dance; strengthen the student management, the proportion of male and female students try to control in 1:1; to strengthen the construction of sports venues and facilities, increase the video, multimedia equipment.
