As the cultivate immortality theory of Quanzhen Taoism,the Gong and Xing's thought of Quanzhen Taoism in the Jin and Yuan dynasties mainly includes the two aspects of Zhen Gong and Zhen Xing.The so-called Zhen Gong is the quiet cultivation of mind and desire,inner and outer blending,and the cultivation of mind and soul.The so-called Zhen Xing refers to the moral practice of cultivating benevolence and virtue and benefiting the people from the world.Zhen Gong and Zhen Xing are two conditions for Quanzhen Taoism in the Jin and Yuan dynasties to the Xing and Ming's pursuit of Quanzhen to Be Immortal.They complement each other and run-through with each other.Quanzhen Taoism in the Jin and Yuan dynasties,took the Xing Gong cultivation of inner heart and the Ming Gong cultivation of fixed qi and tranquilization as the main contents of the cultivation of Zhen Gong,thought that only by cultivating in the heart can the monastic achieve to realize the nature and Double Cultivation of Xing and Ming.The so-called Xing Gong refers to the practice of eliminating malpractices which is to cut off the dust,detoxify Xuanlan,false heart can not afford,can be quiet inside and outside,to realize the nature.The so-called Ming Gong is refers to the kung fu of cultivation life by the combination between Shen and Qi.That is to say,by means of combining Shen with Qi,taking Yuanshen and Yuanqi as medicine to make Jing,Qi and Shen become one,so as to achieve a life state of clear heart and complete silence of body and mind.Therefore,Zhen Gong is a kind of quiet and effortless inner cultivation.The beginning of quiet cultivation lies in the cultivation of the heart.The direct orientation of the cultivation of the heart is to realize the nature.As important as Zhen Gong,Zhen Xing is an indispensable part of the cultivation of the doctrine of celestial being in the Quanzhen Taoism,is the practice and cultivation of the doctrine of Xing Gong in social practice and the external practice of accumulating kindness and virtue which has the ethical characteristics of active entry into the wto.Quanzhen Taoism in the Jin and Yuan dynasties holds that Zhen Xing is realized on the basis of Zhen Gong,and believes that the way to achieve the Zhen Xing lies in the accumulation of effort,preaching people,wide charitable deeds,in order to accumulate benevolence immortal.Zhen Gong is the ideological premise of Zhen Xing,and Zhen Xing is the self-cultivation of Zhen Gong.Therefore,Quanzhen Taoism in the Jin and Yuan dynasties holds that in the process of cultivating the celestial being,the monastic should pay equal attention to both practice and inner and outer blending,in order to reach the state of Quanzhen to Be Immortal with a clear mind,and finally realize the transcendence of the nature of mind and the transcendence of the body from the world.Both Gong and Xing's thought of Quanzhen Taoism in the Jin and Yuan dynasties is a kind of moral life theory which is based on the theory of Inner Alchemy of Double Cultivation of Xing and Ming in the Song and Yuan dynasties under the ideological trend of the fusion of three religions,and is compatible with the Buddhist theory of Mingxinjianxing and Confucian ethics of benefiting mankind.The concept of Zhen Gong and Zhen Xing are the two conditions for the pursuit of Quanzhen to Be Immortal in the Jin and Yuan dynasties which complement each other and attach equal importance to unity.Zhen Gong and Zhen Xing put emphasis on entering the world with the mind of renunciation,and had the feeling of isolating the heart and existing the body.Both Gong and Xing's thought of Quanzhen Taoism in the Jin and Yuan dynasties has the characteristics of the unity of Zhen Gong and Zhen Xing and the combination of renunciation and renunciation which emphasizes Zhen Xing of Salvation and Rescuing the people,tiding all sentient beings on the basis of inner cultivation.Both Gong and Xing's thought of Quanzhen Taoism in the Jin and Yuan dynasties breaks the barriers of traditional Taoism that lay emphasis on personal immortals,and is the development of Taoist moral life.The ideas of Zhen Gong and Zhen Xing contained in the thoughts have the consciousness of entering wto actively.Therefore,the Xing and Ming's orientation of Perfect Practice Both Gong and Xing provided spiritual comfort for the people who had no fixed residence during the period of war,and thus was accepted by the general public,making both Gong and Xing's ideology of Quanzhen Taoism prevailing in the world during the Jin and Yuan dynasties when the national culture was in conflict and integration.As a reformist of Quanzhen Taoism,the prevalence of Both Gong and Xing's thought of Quanzhen Taoism in the Song and Yuan Dynasties has a positive historical reference for how a new cultural form can survive and develop in the era of multiculturalism and pluralism.
