An Analysis Of Zhangzhao's Piano Music "Pi Huang"

Pihuang is a classical piano solo with Beijing Opera as its theme.It has appeared frequently in major piano competitions and solo concerts since 2007.It is also often played or recorded by piano performers as a reserved repertoire.It not only improves and shows performance skills,but also has a good stage effect.The work consists of ten paragraphs,each of which uses different Peking Opera formats to create.It is a rare masterpiece in Chinese piano works both in musical connotation and in external creative form.In this paper,the author combines his concert performance practice,mainly from two aspects of creation and performance to study and analyze: in the creation,the author made a comprehensive analysis of the works,including the structure of the works,the characteristics of the works in the creation,etc.,and only through a thorough analysis of the works,can we have a better grasp of the works in the performance process;In the aspect of performance,the author consulted the relevant information,combined with his own experience of performance,summed up the symbolic meaning of each part of the work,in order to make it easier and more accurate for himself and others to understand the work through the concrete description.In this part of performance analysis,the author also combs the technical difficulties of performance.In the new era,with the rapid development of "national music",this work promotes the Chinese and national footsteps of piano art,meets the aesthetic interests of the vast number of music lovers,and also puts forward new and higher requirements for performers' performance ability,which has high artistic and social values.
