The research and controversy about the theory of alienated labor in the "Paris Manuscript" began in the 1930 s.In the upsurge of Chinese aesthetics in the late 1970 s and early 1980 s,the theory of alienated labor and its relationship with aesthetic issues became a hot issue in contemporary Chinese philosophy and aesthetics. For example, the evaluation of the theory of alienated labor in the "Paris Manuscript",the theory of alienated labor and the objectification of man's essential powers, the labor creates beauty, and the law of beauty are some of the core issues that were discussed at the time.Although the academic circles have reached a certain consensus on these issues, there are still many differences, and there are certain historical limitations in research. In recent years, the research on the theory of alienated labor in the "Paris Manuscript" has made new progress. In particular,Han Lixin's "Paris Manuscript Research" re-examines the theory of alienated labor from the three aspects of economics, philology and textual logic. It divides the two groups of concepts of alienated labor and private property, discusses the issue of the historical origin of alienated labor and private property, and puts forward the viewpoint of the isolated human logic of the "Muller Commentary" in the alienation of labor theory. These views offer new possibilities for re-understanding and judging the "Paris Manuscript" theory of alienated labor But according to the Two problems of the "Paris Manuscript" and the new alienation thoughts in "Muller's Commentary",the theory of alienated labor is not a theory of Feuerbach's humanism, but rather was an important watershed in historical materialism which Marx was surpassing Feuerbach. The re-exploration of the alienation of labor theory and aesthetic issues in the "Paris Manuscript" helps to reassess the aesthetic value of the "Paris Manuscript" and re-recognize the aesthetic issues such as the objectification of man's essential powers and the labor creates beauty.
