According to the modelling techniques of cows and horses in Dunhuang murals during Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties,the time nodes are divided into Beiliang to Northern Wei,Western Wei and Northern Zhou Dynasties.This paper mainly summarizes and analyses the overall structure of the image of cattle and horse and the local shape of the body of cattle and horse.In the Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties,the law of murals'color language was analyzed by using NCS color system.Starting with the most representative principal color markers,the principal image and murals background color were contrasted and analyzed,and the aesthetic characteristics of color art of cow and horse images could be found and summarized.The sculpting techniques of cattle and horse images mainly start with the sculpting features and color language of different periods,and go deep into the overall momentum and structural characteristics of cattle and horse images to classify and summarize.The analysis of some modeling features of cow and horse images is mainly applied to the generation of visual communication design language.By using the practical method of visual communication design,the visual communication decoration language of cattle and horse images in Dunhuang murals during Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties is closely combined with modern visual communication design.The main form of visual communication design is commercial illustration.The purpose of applying commercial illustration is to make full use of the shape characteristics of cattle and horse images.Based on the commercial illustration,and refer to the brand foundation positioning that can systematically apply the commercial illustration,and determine the basic design elements of the brand.The color collocation used by brand products is the color extracted from NCS color system,enriching a series of essential products displayed by brand.In addition to the VI products,the new media art exhibition techniques have also been attempted,and then the Dunhuang murals cattle and horse images in the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties have been integrated into people's lives,forming a distinct modern application design with Chinese cultural context characteristics.
