With the reform and development of education and the continuous advancement of the professionalization of teachers,people have put forward higher requirements for teachers.As a group of Chinese teachers,Chinese teachers have their own unique requirements and connotations.The Chinese professional teacher is the reserve army of the middle school Chinese teachers in the future.It carries the education and teaching,disseminates the culture,and carries forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation.With the development and deepening of the teacher recruitment system,the implementation of the new curriculum reform means higher Normal colleges have put forward new requirements for the cultivation of Chinese normal students,and put forward higher standards for the development of Chinese professional teachers.This thesis consists of four parts,trying to analyze the status quo of Chinese professional teachers and students through teacher recruitment and interviews with relevant Chinese language teachers.On this basis,the author proposes a professional literature major for Chinese professional teachers.Literacy,teaching of Chinese teachers,and strategies for the training of Chinese normal students in normal colleges.I hope to improve the training of Chinese normal students and promote the improvement of Chinese teachers' normal students.In the first part,from the theory,the author elaborates on the related concepts of teacher recruitment and the development history of teacher recruitment,and provides theoretical basis and foundation for the writing of the thesis.It is also a clear and intuitive understanding of teacher recruitment.The second part is based on facts.In the form of questionnaires and conversations,the author inquired about the recruitment of special teachers in Hainan Province,the recruitment of teachers in Wenchang City,the recruitment of direct teachers in Haikou City,the Chengmai Experimental High School in East China Normal University in Haikou and the Huaqiao Middle School in Guanlan Lake in Hainan.The teacher's recruitment announcement is also analyzed to understand the current requirements of the teacher recruitment corresponding tothe age,knowledge level and other requirements.On the other hand,it surveys and analyzes the teacher literacy of Chinese teachers,and discovers the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese teachers in the professional quality,professional skills and comprehensive literacy of teachers,and whether it meets the requirements of teacher recruitment.The analysis is a practical preparation.The third part is based on the analysis of the survey results.Under the background of teacher recruitment,the Chinese teacher's students are in the three aspects of ideological understanding,professional accomplishment and teaching practice skills.The college teachers' colleges are in the curriculum,training objectives,educational practice and current middle school.The shortcomings of Chinese education in teaching mode and understanding are mainly to restore the current situation of Chinese teacher students.The fourth part puts forward the training strategy of Chinese normal students.Mainly from the subjective aspect-the change and objective aspect of Chinese teacher's own students-the improvement and cooperation of higher normal colleges,secondary schools at all levels,and the reference to the training model of training institutions to describe the training strategies of Chinese normal students,expecting Chinese The professional teacher training is helpful,so that it is more in line with the requirements of the middle school language teachers reflected by the teacher recruitment,and is adequately prepared for the qualified middle school language teachers in the future to better teach Chinese in middle school.
