Research On Countermeasures For Improving The Quality Of Rural Public Cultural Service

At present,China has encountered many obstacles in promoting the process of urban and rural equalization of public cultural services.Among them,rural public cultural services have become a short-board in the development of the entire cultural service system.How to improve the quality of rural public cultural services has become an important issue in the development of public cultural services.In this paper,the research background and research status of rural public cultural service quality are basically sorted out,first of all,clarifying the related concepts of the rural public cultural service quality,service quality evaluation model,on this basis,a measure of the rural public cultural service quality evaluation dimensions of preliminarily established,to be prepared for the research;secondly,shimen county in hunan province was selected as the research site for this study,and the status quo of public cultural services in the research site was introduced.Through pre-survey,a research program matching this study was designed,and the selected samples and data collection process were introduced;based on the in-depth analysis of the questionnaire and interview results,the specific gap values of each evaluation index of public cultural service quality were obtained,the existing problems and causes were summarized,and the gap points of rural public cultural service quality were accurately positioned;finally,through the analysis of the case of rural public cultural service quality in Shimen County,this paper summarizes the path of rural public cultural service quality from the macro level,mainly including innovating the management mechanism of departments,guiding the participation of social forces,improving the single form of service,establishing a feedback exchange platform,improving the allocation of infrastructure,strengthening personnel management,and encouraging residents to build independently.It is hoped that this study will improve the quality of rural public cultural services and promote the equalization of public cultural services.The innovation of this paper lies in the establishment of the evaluation model of rural public cultural service quality through the investigation of representative areas,quantifying the actual experience and expectations of rural residents on the quality of public cultural service,and determining the gap between the two qualities.
