According to the 19 th CPC national congress,the best way for promoting education fairness is to balanced urban and rural education.To realize this,teachers who teach in the rural school play an important role.With the development of Internet+ and education,the classroom teaching is having a big transition from teachers teaching to teaching for learning,and in this process,most of the teachers show misfit,difficulties and even lose in their classroom teaching.Teachers who teach in the rural school as the core group for education reform,the situation for their transition of classroom teaching not only show their ability of major development,but also will directly affect the development of rural education.In order to find the classroom teaching transiting situation of teachers who work in the rural primary school under the background of Internet+,this paper makes the research by case study to depict the daily life,classroom teaching transition in rural primary school teachers who work in MS town,LL county,LZ district,LY city,Shandong Province.Through the study found that:Under the background of Internet+,The classroom teaching transformation of Mr.P has gone through five periods,the first period is original closure,that is conservatism;the second period is active classroom teaching,that is active;the third period is mechanical rigid phase,that is harden;the fourth period is single classroom teaching,that is simplify;the fifth period is teaching for learning,that is flexibility.Based on analyzing the classroom teaching transition of Mr.P,finding the main influence factor of transition may exists four aspects: the first is school leader 'attitude and policy;the next is teachers' attitude and effort;the third is students' effort;the last is parents' evaluation.As for it,put some advises to make teachers dogood job in their classroom teaching transition,such as: pay much attention to school leaders' self-credible guidance;improve teachers' self-development consciousness;emphasize all students class participation and change parents' education concept.
