At the beginning of this century,the eighth curriculum reform of basic education was launched nationwide.Meanwhile,The English curriculum has been officially incorporated into the primary school English curriculum system,became an indispensable part of the national curriculum system.At the English curriculum standards for compulsory education(experimental draft),the nature of English curriculum is definitely defined as a combination of tool and humanity,and it is pointed out that the overall goal of English courses in compulsory education stage is to enable students to form preliminary comprehensive language competence through English learning.While the formation of comprehensive language use ability is based on the overall development of language skills,language knowledge,emotional attitude,learning strategies and cultural awareness.According to the current situation of English classroom teaching in primary schools in China,"Heavy knowledge light emotional"style which blindly pursues English language knowledge and skills is widespread in the classroom teaching,the cultivation of English emotional attitude is seriously neglected.Although in recent years,the academic circle has done some research on the emotional attitude of primary school students in English learning,and some research results have been obtained.However,few scholars have paid much attention to the problems related to the teaching of emotional attitude and goal in English classroom teaching in rural primary schools,there are still many laws to be discussed in this field.In view of this,we will take the Humanistic View on Education and teaching,Affective Filtering Hypothesis.etc as the theoretical basis,on the basis of Primary English Course Standards(The dr aft)(2011 Edition)for the draw up of The implement of emotional attitude in primary school We take 200 students of grade six and five teachers of five primary schools in Huangshan as the research object on this paper,using the method of literature research,survey research,interview research and classroom observation research,reveal the current situation of putting English emotional attitude into practice,analyze the influence factor,then put forward countermeasure and suggest,in order to promote the English emotional attitude in rural primary school.Through the investigation and research,finally formed following nine research conclusions:1.The implementation situation of primary school English emotional attitude is in the general level,from a high to a low level are:motherland consciousness,motivation,spirit of cooperation,interest,volition,international perspective,self-Confidence.The implementation status of Motherland consciousness is very nice,the implement status of self-confidence is bad.2.There aren't existent significant differences between boys and girls on English emotional attitude.3.In interest,motivation,self-confidence,spirit of cooperation,and motherland consciousness' implement,extroversion students are higher than introvert students,while there only exist significant differences in interest.4.There aren't exist significant differences between teacher who has more than ten years teaching age and teacher whose teaching age within ten years.5.In interest,self-confidence,volition,spirit of cooperation and motherland consciousness's implement,the teacher with a bachelor's degree are higher than the teacher with a college degree,while there only exist significant differences in spirit cooperation and motherland consciousness.6.There aren't exist significant differences between professional teachers and non-professional teachers.7.Student's instability and poor self-discipline have influenced the implement of English emotional attitude;8.Teacher's backward educational concept and teaching method have influenced the implement of English emotional attitude;9.The exam-oriented education and high press of check and evaluate have influenced the English emotional attitude.According to the analysis of the survey results and influence factors,we can put forward the following susaestions:According to the lively activities to enhance students" English learning interest;carry out more interesting activities to cultivate students' learning motivation;encourage students to enhance his learning confidence;5.be strict with students to enhance his learning willpower;grouping reasonable and guide students seasonable to cultivate his team spirit;introduce foreign culture for students to expand his international view.Second?for school and education sector,improve the specialization level of teacher training,promote teacher's teaching ability;reinforce the training of emotional attitude to assist teacher carry out the emotional attitude;change the traditional examination and evaluation system to promote teacher carry out the emotional attitude.
