With China's entry into an aging society,the words such as empty-nest elderly,old people living alone and silver hair tsunami often appear in the public's vision,and the news reports related to elderly issues are common occurance.In recent years,the degree of aging is deepening,especially under the influence of urbanization,the aging of our country presents the phenomenon of urban-rural inversion.The phenomenon of empty nests is serious in rural areas where family pension is dominant.In the process of family old-age care,there are general problems such as the burden on children and the weakness of strength,the importance of material support and the neglect of spiritual support.This is far from the goal of healthy aging proposed in the 13 th Five-Year Plan of China,which is“to provide for the aged,to enjoy the aged,to learn for the aged,to do for the aged,to have medical care for the aged and to love the aged”.Based on the problems caused by the aging population in China,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the“healthy China Strategy”in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,emphasizing the establishment of a policy system of old-age care,filial piety and respect for the elderly.How to live better while living longer has become a hot topic discussed by the government and all walks of life.Music is a good medicine to soothe the soul.Under the tide of the construction of new countryside,music education activities for the rural elderly are widely carried out to meettheir lifelong learning needs and enrich their spiritual and cultural life.It not only plays an important role in the physical and mental health of the elderly,but also is an important measure to deal with the aging of the population correctly.It has certain educational and social significance.This paper consists of three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction part mainly includes the reason and significance of the topic,the research object and scope,the research ideas and methods,the concept interpretation and the research narration.The text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an overview of the living conditions of the elderly in rural areas,mainly describing the results of the scholars' research on the living conditions of the elderly in the rural areas in China,and analyzing the living conditions of the elderly in the rural areas of Jindong District.The second chapter is the impact of music education activities on the physical and mental health of the elderly in rural areas,mainly from three aspects: the influence of music education activities on the elderly in rural areas,the influencing factors and specific cases.The main purpose of the first and second chapters is to demonstrate the needs of the rural elderly for music education activities and the necessity of carrying out music education activities for the elderly in the countryside.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of music education activities for the elderly in the rural areas of Jindong.Through on-the-spot investigation,we have a macro and micro grasp of the current situation of music education activities for the elderly in the rural areas of Jindong District,Zhejiang Province,which is carried out from six aspects: the participation,resources,basic content,main ways,main ways and existing problems of the music education activities of the rural elderly.The fourth chapter is the suggestions to improve the music education activities of the rural elderly.Through the overall grasp of music education activities for the elderly in the rural areas of Jindong District,this paper summarizes the success or failure of music education activities for the elderly in rural areas of China and puts forward some suggestions for improving the activities.Through the effective development of music education activities,we can continuously improve the quality of life of the rural elderly,meet their spiritual and cultural needs,and better cope with the aging trend of our country.The third and fourth chapters are the main part of the article.The last part is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes and looks forward to the development of music education activities for the rural elderly in the eastern part of Jindong,and puts forward some deficiencies in the research process.Every effort is made to improve the attention of experts and scholars from all walks of life to the rural and elderly groups by mapping the whole case.
