Rural Vocational Art Education is a professional and specialized art education activity developed mainly by the county and the county rural vocational schools and related schools, institutions. There’s a clear goal of Rural Vocational Art Education. It has the employment as the guidance, and mainly tries to train practical art talents for the society. But now many art talents cultivated by local rural vocational education cannot meet society’s need for high-quality workers and skilled personnel, this is a problem to be solved. This study thinks that the mode reform of training talents is the important way to solve the problem and it’s also the focus of the sustained and healthy development of rural vocational art education. All these are investigated and analysed through the present rural vocational art education development situation in Zhejiang.This article takes the vocational art education in rural area of middle Zhejiang as an example and has a systematic research of the rural vocational art education training mode. There are five parts.Part one:First, background and significance of the topic. Second, defining and interpreting "Rural Vocational Art Education", "Talents Training Mode" and the relevant concepts. Finally, carding the research results around the world and explaining the research methods.Part two:Through the on-the-spot investigation and analysis on the rural vocational art education in Zhejiang, we think there are many problems in the rural vocational art education in Zhejiang:such as the single mode of training talents, deviation of the goal for cultivating talents, basic abilities are relatively weak, lack of innovative talent training, lack of characteristic specialized construction and professional art education characteristics, etc.Part three:Taking these schools as an example:Jinyun School of Arts and Crafts, Qingtian School of Stone Carving Art, Dongyang design and production profession of woodcarving in Guangxia college, the technical design and production of wooden toys in Yunhe, pujiang secondary vocational school fine arts, technical school wooden toys design and production of professional, Pujiang secondary vocational technical school of arts. And then summarize the rural vocational art education training mode in Zhejiang. There are five modes of personnel training. "Teaching Combined with Production"," University and Business Together", "Master and University Together", "Entrance and Four in One". These five patterns show the basic state of rural vocational art education training in middle Zhejiang. There’s also analysis and interpretation of the main characteristics of the five modes.Part four:We summarize the successful personnel training experience of vocational art education in rural area of middle Zhejiang according to the typical cases of specific practice and experience accumulation. We think there is beneficial experience of diversification of training talents, diversification of school-running, university-enterprise cooperation continued to deepen.Part five:We put forward countermeasures to optimize rural vocational art education of training talents according to the present situation research of rural vocational art education training mode in Zhejiang. There are five aspects to reform: from the ideological concept, teaching methods, teachers, course system, teachers and evaluation mechanism so as to improve the quality of rural vocational art education and realize the effectiveness of personnel training.
