Buddhist music is a treasure in Chinese traditional culture.It not only has unique musical aesthetics,but also contains rich religious colors.However,as part of religious music,Buddhist music is still less studied with folk music,literati music and court music..Although Buddhist music has gone through thousands of years,many of these problems are still not recognized.From the perspective of history,it can not only help us musical scholars to explore the most precious parts of traditional cultural heritage,but also strengthen our inheritance and protection as descendants.The Buddhist music in Longquan Temple of Shexian County is a part of the Buddhist music family in China.It was born in the Song Dynasty.Through time of Song,Yuan,Ming,Qing and the Republic of China,it has been inherited for thousands of years and is a living fossil to study Chinese Buddhism music and Buddhist culture.In view of the research significance of religious music itself and the value of Buddhist music in Longquan Temple of Shexian County for the study of Buddhist music,this paper chooses the Buddhist music in the Longquan Temple as the research object The full text takes the historical order as the context,and the research method is mainly based on specialized history and regional history.At the same time,it draws on the relevant research methods of ethnomusicology,and uses methods such as literature research method,historical research method and field investigation method.The full text is divided into six parts for discussion:Introduction section.It mainly expounds the research significance,research status and research methods at home and abroad.The first chapter introduces the historical and cultural origins of Longquan Temple Buddhism music in the county,introduces the basic concepts and classification of Buddhism music,and expounds the development process of Han-style Buddhism music from the time of its introduction to China and the Song Dynasty.The second chapter introduces the birth of Buddhist music in Longquan Temple of Shexian County and the development of Buddhist music in the Temple and the Han-Buddhist music itself outside the county from the Song Dynasty to the middle of the Qing Dynasty.The third chapter,the modern period of Longquan Temple Buddhism music in Shexian County,introduces the development and protective research of Buddhist music of the Temple and Han-style Buddhist music itself from the late Qing Dynasty to the modern times,and the current Ritual music of the Temple.The fourth chapter,the inheritance and protection of the future of Buddhism music in the county,combined with the current inheritance of the Longquan Temple Buddhist music in the county,expounds the reasons and measures for the increase of the inheritance and protection of the Buddhist music in the county.Conclusion section.Summarized the full text work,and summarized the following conclusions:1.After the "Sanskrit is changed to Chinese",the development trend of the Han-style Buddhism music is always "secularization" and "diversification";2.After birth,the Longquan Temple Buddhist music is not static,but is constantly developing with the times.3.The perfection of the rituals through dynasties,the changes in the form of"praise to Buddha" and the normalization of "monks playing music" pointed out the development direction of the Buddhist music in the temple.
