Study Of Colloquialisms In Long Tu Er Lu

Long Tu Er Lu is a transcript which derived from Baogong's Case which spoken by a famous storyteller Shi Yukun in the Qing Dynasty.The book is quite colloquial,which greatly reflects the dialectic features of the dialect in the Beijing-Tianjin region.In order to reveal the basic appearance of the colloquial words of Long Tu Er Lu,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the colloquial words in the book,which are discussed from the perspectives of word category,syllable structure,word formation characteristics,semantic classification,word group analysis,new colloquialisms and new meanings.First of all,it statically describes the basic outline of the colloquialisms in Long Tu Er Lu.From the perspective of word category,it is divided into ten categories:nouns,verbs,adjectives,adverbs,pronouns,onomatopoeia,prepositions,conjunctions,and interjections.Each category lists the examples and conducts analysis to clarify the semantics and evolution.Statistics are performed on each word category to analyze the distribution law.From the perspective of syllables,they are divided into mono-section,double-syllable and multi-syllable colloquial words,giving examples and analyzing it.Calculate and analyze various types of quantity distribution.Secondly,it analyzes formation and characteristics of the colloquialisms in Long Tu Er Lu.From the perspective of words' formation,it can be divided into phonetic means,morphological means,syntactic structure and rhetorical means.Phonetic means include participle,mimicry and variant reading.morphological means include superposition and addition.syntactic structures include formal,verb-object,joint,supplementary and subject-predicate and rhetorical means include figurative,metonymy,euphemism and flatness.Each kind carries on the example analysis,summarizing the word formation rule and the characteristic.Finally,the paper focuses on the semantic analysis of colloquialisms in Long Tu Er Lu.From the semantic commonality,it is divided into appellation category,name category,action category,trait category and other categories.According to semantics,the various types are further refined,from semantics to folk life,revealing the local's social interaction status and reflecting the folk culture.It shows the rich emotional-color,vivid image and colloquial characteristics of the colloquialisms.From the perspective of semantic aggregation,this paper sums up the groups of synonyms and demonstrates the richness and accuracy of expressions of colloquial words.And it analyzes the neologisms and new meanings of colloquial sayings in Long Tu Er Lu.Combined with the Chinese dictionary,CCL corpus,BCC corpus and the electronic retrieval system of Si Ku Quan Shu,this paper tries to find out the new slang words and new meanings in Long Tu Er Lu and replenish the uncollected words and undefined terms in Chinese Dictionary.
