At present,the construction of the "Belt and Road" is in full swing,and the talents of small language are promising.It is unstoppable to cultivate high-quality small-language talents,which has led to the research on the professional identity of college students in small languages.Professional identity is a comprehensive presentation of students' cognition,emotion,behavior and inner sense of the subject,that is,the acceptance and recognition of the majors they are studying is an important part of the professional development of students.Professional identity not only affects all aspects of student learning in the school,but also plays an important role in employment choice after graduation.Therefore,the research on professional identity has attracted wide attention.On the basis of expounding the literature on small language education and professional identification,this study investigates the status of professional recognition of college students in N language through questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,and understands the status quo of college students' professional identity in small language colleges in Ningxia.The study found that the overall level of professional identity of college students in Ningxia is not high,mainly in four aspects,namely,self-cognition and professional cognition,professional and emotional attitudes are indifferent,professional behavior input needs to be strengthened,and professional relevance is appropriate.Obviously not high.In order to attribute the problems of professional identity of college students in Ningxia colleges and universities,the self-subject consciousness of students is relatively weak,mainly reflected in the low autonomy of professional choice,the professional expectation is too ideal,the professional learning is lazy,and the personality characteristics are different.The professional construction needs to be improved,mainly because the professional ideological education is not deep enough,the professional learning atmosphere is not strong enough,the professional discipline construction is not comprehensive enough,and the employment guidance education is not effective;the social external protection mechanism is not sound enough,mainly reflected in the education sector planning needs to be improved.The professional social recognition is not high,and the professional employment situation is rather grim.Based on this,it is imperative to Improve the professional recognition level of college students of small language in Ningxia.First of all,at the student level,through scientific and rational selection of professional,rational understanding of professional learning,efforts to improve professionalism,and actively cultivate learning interest to strengthen self-management ability;Second,at the school level,through professional ideological education,create a good learning atmosphere,optimize professional disciplines We will build and strengthen employment guidance education to increase professional construction.Finally,at the social organization level,extermal support will be provided through the education department to strengthen overall planning,the media to strengthen professional publicity,and multi-party efforts to improve good employment security.
