Research On Contemporary Female Suspense Novels

Female suspense novel is one of the most important types of literature in contemporary literature.This paper mainly adopts research methods such as close reading and comparative study to study the female suspense novels in five aspects:subject matter,theme,suspense,language and characters.This paper consists of three parts:introduction,research text and conclusion.The introduction mainly discusses the research reasons,research contents,research value and research methods of female suspense novels,as well as the current research situation.The main body is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the basic situation of female suspense novels.Firstly,through the analysis of the basic characteristics of female suspense novels,the concept of female suspense novels is defined.Secondly,the representative writers of female suspense novels are listed and the basis for selection is discussed.The second chapter extracts the story theme from female suspense novels:suspense case and love through close reading of the text.Firstly,it analyses the female writer's writing of female social experience,growth experience,life experience and psychological experience in suspense love story.Secondly,it elaborates the female writer's intentional setting of three types of love and the natural expression of love in the love story and the significance of female emotional experience writing.In the end,it is clear that female suspense novels highlight the feminine characteristics of female experience in the choice of subject matter.The third chapter analyzes the theme and the way of theme construction of female suspense novels.The theme includes the female writer's admiration for woman's values,the disclosure of social issues affecting woman's survival,and the pursuit of social fairness and justice.Female writers show the greatest understanding of human nature and human existence because of woman's compassion.The way of theme construction includes subjective writing and anti-dualistic narration.The forth chapter studies the suspense of female suspense novels.Suspension can be divided into story suspense and narrative suspense,which are influenced by female characteristics and female consciousness respectively.First of all,the female suspense novels have different language styles and the characters' language and character identity are compatible.This reflects the traits of woman's language skills.The language features of female suspense novels in terms of words and sentences show that women are full of emotions and exposed characteristics.Secondly,the female suspense novels embodies woman's aesthetic consciousness through the unusual collocation of words in language writing.The use of stream of consciousness and psychoanalytic writing reflects the self-examination of women and the practice of body writing embodies woman's body consciousness.The fifth chapter analyzes the language of female suspense novels.The author believes that the language of female suspense novels reveals female characteristics and female consciousness.Firstly,the characteristics of female language competence and emotional exuberance is reflected by some ways,such as the linguistic style of female suspense novels is diverse,the identity of the characters corresponds to the language of the characters and the characteristics of word-choosing and sentence-making.Secondly,the super-normal collocation of words in the language of female suspense novels exposes woman's aesthetic consciousness;the application of stream of consciousness and psychoanalysis reveals woman's self-examination consciousness;the practice of body writing reveals woman's body consciousness.The sixth chapter studies the characters of female suspense novels.The author believes that under the influence of female perspective,female writers have created a large number of real and vivid characters.Under the influence of female subjective consciousness,female writers are obviously different from male writers in shaping female characters.The summary summarizes the characteristics of female suspense novels and discusses the exploratory and uniqueness of female suspense novels and their unique contributions to popular literature.Finally,it points out the shortcomings in the creation of female suspense novels and puts forward suggestions and expectations.
