Research On The Synergy Of Development Of Cultural And Creative Industries And Optimization And Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Xi'an

Cultural and creative industries,with creative innovation as the core driving force,are characterized by strong radiation penetration,high integration,high-tech content and dual attributes of humanistic,social and economic effects.Their development path is consistent with the evolution direction of regional industrial structure.In order to effectively realize the driving role of cultural and creati've industries in the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and make the continuous optimization and upgrading of industrial structure more conducive to the development of cultural and creative industries,Firstly,this paper defines the concepts of cultural and creative industries,industrial structure optimization and upgrading and synergy between them,and clarifies the classification of cultural and creative industries,as well as the relevant practices of developed countries and cities at home and abroad.Based on innovation theory,gradient theory and social penetration theory,this paper systematically analyses the internal synergistic mechanism between the development of cultural creative industry and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure from two aspects:interactive relationship,and dynamic relationship.On this basis,the paper constructs a collaborative mechanism framework for synergy between cultural and creative industries and industrial structure optimization and upgrading.Then it analyses the current situation and existing problems of the synergy between the cultural and creative industries and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Xi'an,and compares and summarizes the beneficial experience of the development of cultural and creative industries in large cities at home and abroad under the background of regional econom ic transformation.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The impact of cultural and creative industries on industrial structure optimization and upgrading is far more than one-way promotion.On the contrary,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure can also indirectly affect cultural and creative industries through the impact on material basis,technological innovation,horizontal competition and cooperation,and industrial division of labor;(2)the process of industrial structure optimization and upgrading promotes and develops cultural and creative industries.The key to the synergy lies in the stimulation of inspiration and its successful transformation,infiltration,diffusion and dissemination to creation;(3)The development of cultural and creative industries in Xi'an is at a rapid growth stage,with obvious industrial agglomeration effect and industrial convergence beginning to appear,but the internal development of industries is not balanced,with traditional cultural industries as the main industry,the development of cultural manufacturing industry lagging behind,and cultural and financial services lagging behind;(4)Although the development of cultural and creative industries in different countries or cities has obvious regional characteristics,it is found through comparison that the common strategy of all countries and cities in the development of cultural and creative industries are included the government's accurate positioning,attaching importance to personnel training,shaping an environment conducive to creative innovation as well as building a bridge between creative content and its industrialization.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the micro,meso and macro levels to promote the coordinated development of Xi'an's cultural and creative industries and industrial structure optimization and upgrading.
