Study On The Prefaces And Postscripts Of The Hua-Ben Novels

After the middle of Ming Dynasty,the Hua-Ben novels as the most popular literary style entered its prosperous period,and its prefaces and postscripts also appeared and prospered.Based on the revelation of novel criticism,this thesis cuts through the four perspectives of the theoretical construction,stylistic view,functional value and novel creation skills of the Hua-Ben novels.Therefore,the literary features of several literary commonalities and prefaces in the Hua-Ben novels of the Ming and Qing Dynasties are summarized.This thesis analyzes the novel view presented in the prefaces and postscripts,and focuses on the three topics of fighting for status,Fictional Creation and Educating Spirit of the novel,and deeply understands the mode,center and spy of the writers of the preface.The evolution of literary thoughts at that time has had a profound impact on the writing of the preface.The orthodox creative interests and popular style of the Hua-Ben Novels are cleverly brought together,but the function of moral education and the conflict and contradictory side of the creators' emotions are increasingly strong,which eventually leads to the decline of it.From this,we can also examine the artistic characteristics of the novels in the dialogue of time series: the creative methods of real and fictional unity,and the evaluation of the aesthetic realm in the ordinary.Influenced by the pursuit of academic thought in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,in the content and structure,the preface and postscripts are characterized by eight-strength,deconstruction,and simplification.The prefaces show the writer's subjective viewpoint,the diversity of expression techniques and the interesting satirical style.In addition,the four major functions of communication marketing,the historical materials of the literature,understand people and society at the time,and the interpretation of the readings,so that the Hua-Ben novels are splendid and colorful.
