| "Aspect" is a grammatical category in which human language is extremely important.For a long time,"aspect" has always maintained a diversified and inconsistent research situation,lacking a unified theoretical framework,and research methods are also different.Comire(1976)promoted the formation of the theory of physical category research.Bybee,Perkins&Pagliuca(1994)investigated the tense-aspect markers of 76 different types of languages and analyzed their sources,providing reference value and rich corpus for aspect categoty analysis.Johanson(2000)refers to the way in which the situation is viewed from the perspective of the aspect as a "viewpoint." Qianrui Chen(2008)proposed a four-level aspectual system of Chinese from the perspective of typology,the system composed the situation aspect,the phasal apect,the perioheral viewpoint aspect and the core viewpoint aspect.The paper is based on the theories of Comire(1976),Smith(1991),Bybee,Perkins&Pagliuca(1994)and Qianrui Chen(2008).Smith(1991)refers to the aspect expressed by grammatical means as "viewpoint aspect".But the paper is relatively broad in the determination of aspect markers,in addition to the comparison of sentence meanings before and after the addition of aspect marks,also pay attention to the conjoint analysis of verb types and the semantics of the context to analyze the nuances of the function and meaning.The paper regards the Zhuang dialect of Debao County as a starting point,mainly investigates the different meanings of different types of aspect marks in the Zhuang dialects,including the situations formed by the meaning of verbs,such as"le:u4?","?dai3?","pai~1?",semi-virtual form verbs,such as the verb reduplication "VV"and more ambiguous markup forms"?ja~6 ?","kwa~5 ?"etc.The paper depicribe their syntactic and semantic features carefully,and identify the syntactic environment and its evolution process and mechanism accurately.At the same time,make a internal comparison of the usage of Zhuang dialects,and further compare with the related language in domestic and oversea,and compare with other languages in the surrounding area,to find out their similarities and differences and analyze their causes.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Combining the theoretical research of aspect category in domestic and oversea,introduce the existing research results of Zhuang language.Besides,research significance,the research methods,corpus source,abbreviations and symbols are introduced.Introduce in detail the language profile and phonology and tones table of Zhuang dialect in Debao County,which the main research object of the paper.The second chapter introduces the external viewpoint aspect of Zhuang language,including the perfect"?ja~6?",the resultative such as "le:u~4 ?","pan~2?" and proverb "?dai~3?",and the perfective such as "?ja~6 ?",the verb reduplication "VV",the anterior aspect "koin~6?" and preverb "?dai~3?".The third chapter introduces the internal viewpoint aspect of Zhuang language.It mainly introduces the "?jo:u~6?" formed by the the "residence" verbs,and the "?jo:u~6?"carry the function of the progressive and the continuous.The fourth chapter is a case study of "pai~1?" nd "ma~2?"."pai~1 ?" and "ma~2?" are semantically opposite,so their grammaticalization path is synchronic.They both can be used as the resultative.From the verb type and discourse chapter analysis,"pai~1?" and "ma~2?" can also be used as a perfect."pai~1?" develops a auxiliary "?-degree".The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the paper. |
