A Study On The Ci-poetics Viewpoint And Ci-poetry Writing Of Gu Zhenguan

The Ci-poetry has a trend of developing as a saddle after the Southern Song Dynasty.It does not revival until the late Ming Dynasty and the early Qing Dynasty after a long-time decadence.And the renaissance of Qing Ci poetry relies on the good foundation laid by the Ci composer groups in the early Qing Dynasty.Each collision of the Ci-poetics viewpoints between composer groups and Ci poetry creation push the Qing Ci poetry more and more prosperous.Gu zhenguan is one of the most representative Ci composers in the composer groups of the early Qing Dynasty.The greatest achievement of Gu Zhenguan in Ci-poetics is the Jin Ci Chu Ji co-authored with his friend Nalan Xingde,which highlights the view of expressing the real feelings in Ci-poetics.Relied on the point and the book,Gu Zhenguan and Nalan Xingde become the advocators and leaders of expressing the real feelings as a style in the Kangxi period of early Qing Dynasty.Meanwhile,the elegant family origin and profound Ci-poetics attainments make Gu Zhenguan the representative figure of Wu Xi literature.Therefore,Gu Zhenguan is regarded as the leader of Liangxi's Ci poetry composer groups by later researchers.The Ci-poetics viewpoints of Gu Zhenguan can be summarized as improving the position of Ci poetry,emphasizing the real feelings and advocating natural language,each point has its own reason of and thread of emerging.improving the position of Ci-poetry originates from the fact that Ci poetry is inferior in a long period of time.So composers have a general consensus in improving the position of Ci poetry.Then Gu Zhenguan chooses another way to improve the position of Ci poetry,which is breaking up the viewpoint of Ci-poetry is a variation of modern style poetry and cutting in from the starting point of Ci poetry.He re-combs the origin of the Ci poetry history and traces the origin of Ci poetry to the Shi Jing and Chu Ci,which lay the status of Ci-poetry.What' s more,the Ci poetries' style of Guzhenguan tends to the Northern Song Dynasty,and Gu zhenguan emphasizes that the talent of Ci composer plays a important role in the creation.Therefore,Gu Zhenguan has the viewpoints of emphasizing the real feelings and advocating natural language in the creation of Ci poetry.That is,he advocates that the content of Ci poetry needs to be written in real feelings and the rhetoric needs to be natural.Furthermore,because of the profound family education and the accumulation of acquired knowledge,Gu Zhenguan can take the elegant and graceful aesthetic into account while writing in real emotions.Even if he does not work on the rhetoric,he can make the words and sentences profound.Though Gu zhenguan has an extremely high accomplishments in Ci-poetics,he and his viewpoint in Ci-poetics are neglected by the mainstream of Ci poetry group circles.When the political situation becomes stable during the Kangxi period,the Ci poetry which is good at expressing the real feelings begins to be attacked by the Qing government.The original literati living in seclusion begins to work for the Qing government one after another.Like Zhu Yizun,who is one of the best composers,he advocates the elegant and joyful words and voice to meet the needs of those in power.The Ci-poetry emphasizing the real feelings that advocated by Gu Zhenguan is no longer suitable for the social and political background in the middle and late Kangxi period.And all this makes Gu zhenguan an extremely high historical status in vain,and makes his viewpoints in Ci-poetics ignore by the mainstream of Ci-poetry group circles.However,he plays the role of inheriting the past and inspiring the future generations in emphasizing the real feelings,so the Ci composers of future generations are influenced by the viewpoints of Gu Zhenguan in Ci-poetics more or less when they re-write the Ci-poetry in the creative style of expressing true feelings.
