Under the influence of damp,mild climate and the strong cultural atmosphere,the East Lake exhibits different qualities from other lakes,this trait shows vibrant natural characteristics at the East Lake,also reveals its unique romantic cultural charm,appears countless evocative elegant poetry,folklore,gives the important influence to later generations.With the development of times,the East Lake,which has evolved into a scenic spot,tends to meet people's aesthetic needs,emotional needs and life needs.The builders of the scenic spot gave consideration about tradition and modernity,and imbued the connotation of folklore with the landscape of the lake,thus promoting the integration and development of the culture and tourism industry of the east lake scenic spot.This paper takes the East Lake sceeic spot as the research object,sorts out the development track of the East Lake scenic spot,the current situation of combining folk tales and landscape,and the influence of these situations on the current cultural popularization.With the method of comparative study,this paper compares the East Lake and the West Lake,and summarizes the deficiency and the needs of how to break through in the development of the East Lake scenic area,and summarizes the strategy of combining the culture and tourism in the scenic area,in order to promote the further development of the East Lake scenic area tourism culture industry.The first part explains the significance of the topic,summarizes scholars' research on the folk culture resources in the East Lake scenic area,and explains the research methods of this paper.The second part discusses the relationship between the formation and development of the East Lake scenic spot and folklore.The author first gathers up the formation and development of the East Lake from the basis of natural environment and human environment.Because of the warm and humid environment,the south area contributed to the formation of the lake.The phoenix worship,the belief in the magic and people's habit of conforming to nature and obeying the destiny promoted the birth of mysterious legends in Chu area.After the establishment of the People's Republic of China,the cultural constructors combined these folk tales with the landscape and carried out corresponding cultural practice activities,which promoted the development of tourism in the east lake scenic area.The third part,analyses the East Lake scenic spot folklore resources.First,the basic types of the East Lake scenic area combined folk tales and landscape can be roughly divided into:myths and legends related to immortals,legends of celebrity series,and legends and stories close to civilian life.These legends combined with landscape have produced important effects.They are not only be good to highlighting the characteristics of Chu region,but also to arousing people's collective memory and inheritance consciousness of traditional folk culture,and be more conducive to promoting people's emotional identification with the region.The fourth part analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by scenic spots under the momentum of tourism development.In the process of development,the East Lake scenic spot also encounters many challenges.The author compares the east lake scenic spot with the West Lake scenic spot and summarizes the deficiencies in the development of the East Lake scenic spot.Reflection mainly includes how to tell the story of the East Lake well on the existing landscape,how to use the folk tales of the East Lake for landscape construction and how to use the landscape to produce the new story of the East Lake.The conclusion part summarizes the development advantages of the East Lake scenie spot and the cultural values covered by the folklore generated under such advantages,extracts the development path combining culture and tourism,and highlights the charm and connotation of the East Lake scenic spots in the wave of modern tourism development.
