With the increasing attention of the Party Central Committee and the State Council to the balanced development of education,the cyber network education,with its advanced technology,systematic concept and high teaching efficiency,has become a major means to allocate high quality education resources to school education.No.7 high school cyber class,the first class ever to be set up for high school education,has had its great reputation well-known among the five provinces in southwest China owing to its advanced educational resources and creative educational ideas.Chengdu Wuhou High School,which I worked in,also started the cyber class project in 2013 to utilize the precious educational resources.Taking the situation above into consideration,It is of great importance to focus on factors that might affect the teaching and learning effectiveness in English class and explore how assistant teachers in my school can help the students to take in the English courses effectively.Hereby,by analyzing factors such as the procedures,teaching approaches assistant teachers adopt,and class ambience,this paper aims to find ways to improve the effectiveness of learning Hopefully,this thesis will find out the problems hindering the teachers from teaching efficiently and give practical suggestions,thus promote the allocation of high quality education resources.This thesis is divided into eight parts according to the contents.They are as follows:Chapter One mainly focus on the study background by presenting the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the distance network education in high school.and then generally introduces Wuhou Senior High School and its live distance class.Chapter Two introduces the methods adopted to carry out the research and explains the necessity,aim and content of this study followed by highlighting the importance of live distance teaching followed by difficulties that exist in live distance teaching.Chapter Three introduces the domestic and foreign research status,Chapter Four analyzes the English grades of each live distance class,and compares the performance of students in English subject with other subjects in the same class.and then presents the data obtained through questionnaire survey,interview and observation.Chapter five presents the reasons why learning efficiency of live distance classes is not satisfactory in Wuhou high school.by analyzing all the dataChapter six tries to introduce feasible measures based on the surveys,and thenChapter seven talks about the limitations of the study...
