Research On The Image Of White-collar Females In Urban TV Plays In Mainland China(2005—2017)

Through the vivid depiction of urban workplace life and the true reproduction of workplace pressure,the urban workplace TV drama presents different performance content from other TV drama types.The narrative elements of workplace,emotion,ethics,youth,inspirational and so on are the hallmark features of urban workplace drama.The definition is based on the TV content reflecting the social reality,combined with relevant materials for academic analysis.In the classification of characters,as the main target of urban workplace drama,the white-collar female image is roughly constructed into the following group types: the image of a growing white-collar female who has been honed in the workplace,the ideal white-collar female image that controls the right to speak in the workplace,and Negative white-collar female image in the workplace competition.These three types of white-collar women's images show distinctive character and spirit.In the artistic expression technique,the urban workplace drama takes the double-line structure and the situational structure as the skeleton,and presents the hierarchical image of the white-collar female image in the construction of the relationship of the characters;based on the plot narrative,the fullness of the white-collar female characters is highlighted in the contradictions and conflicts of the story;Relying on the characteristics of film and television media,the lyric use of voices enriches the diversity of white-collar women's images.With the above artistic methods,the image of white-collar women is more diverse and unique,and the sentimental meaning of the image is deepened.From the perspective of value implication and realistic thinking,the white-collar female image in the screen has different values in different spatial dimensions,and the controversial phenomenon caused by the character image needs us to think.
