Aesthetic Study Of Limited Space Films

Nowadays,the development of film is very mature.Directors no longer stick to the existing film type framework,and begin to try to break through and innovate in film type.The limited space film is one of the exploratory achievements.According to the difference of narrative rhythm,narrative structure,theme meaning and so on,limited space movies can be divided into limited space suspense movies and limited space plot movies.Limited space refers to a relatively closed closed room space in which most of the stories and even all the stories are required to be completed.Whether in the audience's psychology or in the specific shooting,limited space movies show their unique vitality by virtue of the advantages of easy to arouse audience resonance and less capital.However,there are not many classical limited space movies,and this type is even more scarce in China.The author hopes to provide some creative ideas for film makers through the aesthetic study of such movies.The article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter gives a general overview of the limited space movies,elaborates the concept of the limited space,the specific classification and the characteristics and development of various types of movies.In the second chapter,starting from the aesthetic function,the author mainly introduces the value and significance of the existence of such films,and discusses the psychological reaction of the audience brought by suspense setting in the limit space and the aesthetic challenge of the limited space films to the traditional films.The third chapter is the core content of the article.It analyses the aesthetic characteristics of the limited space movies,including the characteristics of the characters,the theme of the movies,and the way of narration.The analysis of the characteristics of the characters is based on the different meanings of the representatives of different characters and the role played by the character settings in the formation of the "small society".The theme of the film mainly analyses the social ideology shown in different films and the realistic concern expressed by the director through the theme of the film.Narrative methods include the influence of time and space on film narrative,the role of audio-visual language and the analysis of different types of film structure.Chapter Four is an aesthetic speculation on the film aesthetics of such films from a macro perspective,discussing their advantages and disadvantages respectively.The last part of the conclusion is a summary of the full text,and uses the comparative method to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of domestic limited space movies,hoping to inspire film creators through academic theory and shoot more classical limited space movies.This paper systematically expounds the aesthetics of space-limited movies in the new century from the perspective of film aesthetics by using the methods of literature research and cross-research,and divides these movies into suspense movies and plot movies in more detail.The innovation of the article lies in the combination of varioustypes of themes and social ideology,and the detailed analysis of the narrative style in aesthetics.In addition to sorting out the types of films,through a series of studies,it is found that although limited-space movies are difficult to write and few of the existing high-quality limited-space movies are available,their use of ingenious suspense settings and operability of specific realities still attracts the continuous attention of film creators and audiences,and shows great potential for development.
