Research On Space Aesthetics Of Film

As a kind of space-time art,film has long been considered to be attached to the issue of time in the history of theory.The metaphor of the "Plato Cave" shows that film space should not be regarded as a self-evident existence.It is of great value in the study of film aesthetics.With the advent of space turning theoretical trends and the increasing concern of the people of the society over space issues,films with space-based themes have appeared in large numbers.The more prominent phenomenon is that the development of science and technology today has made film space a frontier issue.From narrow screens to widescreens,from 2D to 3D,and from one-way to interactive communication,film space is undergoing profound changes.This paper takes the film space as the research object,firstly combing the development of space theory and the traditional theory of film space,focusing on the analysis of representative viewpoints.In the history of theory,there are many limitations to the understanding of film space.Film space is neither an objective reality space nor a space subjective imaginary space.Its essence is to take the body as the intermediary and the subject projects through consciousness.The intentionality space formed in the interaction between subject and object;There are three layers of structure within the film space,namely,the screen space,the narrative space and the body space.The three are interconnected and pushed forward layer by layer.Film space is not a static existence,it is always in the interaction between subject and objec.Through the transformation and generation,the construction of time and space,transcendental space and perception construction,film cognitive schema and so on,the dynamic construction of film space is completed.From the physical point of view,the aesthetics of film space is not the aesthetics of "seeing" and "listening",but the aesthetics of "experience".The direction of the development of film space in the age of media integration is to allow viewers to better complete "experience",but it will take time to mature.
