In the English teaching process,people always tends to exaggerate the relationship between the students' academic level and intelligence,put great importance to the development of intelligence factors and ignore the importance of non-intelligence factors.And the result is that teaching efficiency is not high,thereby affecting the students' language ability,including students' speaking ability.High school period is an important factor for the students' non-intelligence ‘s development.This paper takes the students of one high senior school in Jiangxi province as the research object.And it has great potential.Firstly,this article is from the perspective of the concept which builds in non-intellectual factors to expatiate the characteristic of the non-intelligence factors which builds in non-intellectual factors.Using literature method,which is based on the existing research perspective.And it also use investigation and statistical analysis methods.The writer has paid much attention to the analysis of the re lationship between the students' oral English ability.Through the investigation,The writer has found that non-intelligence factors obviously exist with students' oral English in positive correlation way.The students who have high scores in Non-intelligence,whose oral English ability is also high.And the students who have low scores in non-intelligence,whose oral English ability is also low.Finally,the paper sets out from the interest,motivation,emotion.From these four aspects,the paper puts forward to using the non-intelligence factors to improve students' oral English ability.
