With the rapid development of China's economy,the promotion of its international status,and the increasingly close cooperation between China and ASEAN,the teaching of Chinese in Thailand has ushered in a "golden era".At the same time,due to historical reasons and the influence of education laws and regulations in Thailand,the current Chinese schools in Thailand have different problems in management,student source structure,Chinese teachers,enrollment,employment,etc.,and the Chinese talent training system,teaching material system,enrollment system and talent system are in urgent need of transformation.The author engaged in Chinese international education and management work in southern Thailand for many years,on the basis of a large number of investigation and field visit,this article to the transformation of the Chinese school in southern Thailand put forward its own views,"southern Thailand plan" by southern Thailand Chinese schools in recent years the school-running practice sublimation,has strong reference value.This paper is divided into five chapters and three parts: the first part(introduction part,chapter two)introduces the source of the topic,the main research methods,reviews the relevant research at home and abroad,the relevant theories,and the research significance.At the same time,it introduces the overall situation of Chinese schools in southern Thailand,and the relationship between local Chinese education and economy.The second part(chapter three)mainly describes some problems in the running of the Chinese school in southern Thailand,such as the unstable relationship structure between the board of trustees,the administrative department of the school and the Chinese ministry,the unclear idea of characteristic development,and the lack of talents in the Chinese ministry.The third part(chapter four and chapter five)is the core part of this paper.On the basis of the above research,it conducts a comprehensive study on the integration and practice of the transformation and development of Chinese schools in southern Thailand,and puts forward the "southern Thailand plan" for the transformation of Chinese language and culture in Chinese schools in Thailand.In the author's opinion,the new predicament,new environment and new turning point in the development process of the school require the school to transform.Both teachers team construction,and improve the applicability of the teaching material,systemic and normative,also accord with the present situation of Chinese language education in Thailand or make an early Chinese education plan,on the one hand,for China and Thailand government to further improve and implement China and Thailand in 2006,the two countries signed cooperation framework agreement,"China and Chinese teaching,give full play to the spontaneity of Chinese language education in Thailand,autonomy at the same time,the government should give policy support and guidance,to guide Chinese language education in Thailand on specialization.On the other hand,the Chinese schools in southern Thai needs to actively face up to the problems.Only through transformation and development can the Chinese education cause make further progress.
