An Analysis Of “Baozheng” In The Northern Song Dynasty

The northern song dynasty mainly divided the local governance into two pars:Part of the northern song dynasty local state,county management,the other part of the country below the grassroots village management.The promulgation of Baojia law in Wang anshi`s reform in the middle of the northern song dynasty is an important embodiment of the governance of the local grassroots in the northern song dynasty.The implementation of Baojia law made the northern song dynasty rural society formed a mode of rural governance of military and civilian unity.At the same time,the continuation of the conscription system and the promulgation of the conscription law in the northern song dynasty had a certain impact on the development of the rural grassroots society.This paper mainly takes the time from the beginning of the implementation of Baojia law in Wang anshi`s reform to the end of the northern song dynasty.take the social reality of the northern song dynasty as the background.this paper studies the top management of the rural grassroots in the Baojia system.First of all,the study of the northern Song dynasty “BaoZheng”stems from the Song dynasty“official”and “service”related issues of thinking.This paper summarizes the related reseach and explains clealy the problems of “official” and “service” in the northern Song dynasty.Secondly,from the perspective of the establishment of “BaoJia law” in the northern Song dynasty,the source,status and treatment of “BaoZheng” in the northern Song dynasty were understood.On this basis,the function of “BaoZheng” in the northern Song dynasty was emphatically studied.In the course of contact between “protecting the right”and the rural masses in the northern Song dynasty,the function of “protecting the right ”was comprehensively understood,so as to analyze the role of “protecting the right ”in the rural grassroots governance in the northen Song dynasty.Finally,from the perspective of grassroots village governance in the northern song dynasty,this paper studies the practical significance of the establishment of “BaoZheng” for the rural society in the northern Song dynasty.Through the deep study of “BaoZheng”in the northern Song dynasty,this paper analyzes its fundamental nature and its role in the rural society of the northern Song dynasty.This paper based on the research of “preserving the integrity”,explores the local grassroots governance model in the middle and late northern Song dynasty,so as to present the rural social development status clearly in the northern Song dynasty.
