Study On The Functions Of Local Government In The Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

As we all know,Shaanxi Province is rich in intangible cultural heritage resources,most of which have been listed in the national or provincial intangible cultural heritage list.However,for the protection of intangible cultural heritage,the Shaanxi Provincial Government still has some shortcomings,not only has it not actively trained the inheritors of intangible culture,but also has not formed a perfect intangible cultural education system.In view of this situation,this paper studies the government management function in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Shaanxi Province.This paper uses the method of interview and case study to study the functions of local government in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Shaanxi Province.The main contents include the following points: Firstly,the current situation of Shaanxi local government in protecting local intangible culture and the existing problems in the process of protection are introduced,and then the causes of these problems are summarized and analyzed,which are mainly summarized into four aspects,namely,the guiding function of government social participation,the limited trusteeship function of government,and government.Finally,based on these four aspects,the author puts forward some pertinent suggestions.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The study of the government's cultural functions is conducive to the construction of China's cultural power;(2)This paper studies the functions of the Shaanxi government in protecting intangible cultural heritage,the main purpose of which is to provide guidance and suggestions for Shaanxi province and similar local governments in protecting local intangible cultural heritage;(3)The Shaanxi government in protecting Shaanxi Province.The non-material cultural heritage of West Province is divided into the following aspects: government's social participation and guidance function,government's limited trusteeship and management function,government's market supervision function,organization construction and policies and regulations.Based on this,this paper also correspondingly focuses on government's social participation and guidance function,government's limited trusteeship and management function,government's market supervision function and organization mechanism.In terms of construction,policies and regulations,specific suggestions are put forward.
