Research On The Government Function Of Cultural Heritage Protection Of Baiheliang Inscription In Fuling District

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the development of cultural undertakings and cultural industry has become an important way to enhance people’s cultural self-confidence and cultural identity and promote local economic and social development.Strengthening the protection of cultural heritage,As a territorial unit of cultural heritage protection,local governments play an important role in cultural heritage protection.Taking the protection of cultural heritage inscribed on the white crane beam as an example,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of interview,comparison,literature and case study to analyze the functional role and specific problems of local governments in promoting cultural heritage protection,especially the protection of heritage sites,and the successful experience of local governments at home and abroad in playing a role in cultural heritage protection,Suggestions and Countermeasures to solve the problems are put forward.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter mainly expounds the research background,research significance,related concepts and theoretical basis,research status at home and abroad,etc.The second chapter mainly expounds the research methods,research ideas and the basic situation of the research object.The third chapter analyzes in detail the local government functions in the protection of Baiheliang inscription cultural heritage in Fuling District,including organization formation,mechanism construction,human and property protection,research and utilization,planning and construction and external publicity.The fourth chapter combs the problems existing in the function of local government in the protection of cultural heritage of white crane beam inscription.The fifth chapter compares the advanced experience of local governments such as Rome,Italy,Nara,Japan,Hangzhou,Zhejiang and Dazu,Chongqing in performing their functions in cultural heritage protection.The sixth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the experience of advanced areas.The seventh chapter summary and prospect.Summarize the full text and proposes some expectations for future research.
