A Study On The Theme Of Comics Adaptation Animation In Mainland China In The New Century(2001-2018)

'Manga' animation is short for 'animation adapted from cartoons'.It is a new type of animation industry with strong competitiveness.Domestic animation was born in the early 20 th century.It has a history of more than 100 years.It has been recognized by the world because it takes into account both the display of national characteristics and the carrying of traditional culture.Before the 1990 s,Chinese animation experienced two peak periods of development,produced a large number of excellent works,and disseminated excellent Chinese culture around the world.However,after the 1990 s,domestic animation has entered a transitional period due to the impact of foreign animation culture and industrial reform.The quality and quantity of works have declined,and the development has fallen into a low ebb.In the 21 st century,the development of domestic animation ushered in a new turning point.In 2002,the state officially put forward the slogan of 'developing animation industry',the production of domestic animation has been greatly improved,and animation-related industries have entered a period of rapid development.The development of cartoon industry has also provided a large number of excellent scripts with good audiences for animation,and many film and television works or game products adapted from the original cartoon have appeared.There are many domestic animation themes,but there is still a long way to go to improve the quality and rush out of the country.The main body of this paper focuses on the theme characteristics of the existing domestic animation adaptation.The first chapter is about the traditional theme of Chinese animation.It mainly discusses the reference and application of Chinese myths and legends and folk tales in animation works.Chapter two focuses on the regional characteristics and national culture of the works,discussing the use of dialect elements and various problems faced in the promotion of national culture.Chapter three mainly discusses the modern daily animation works which are close to the reality of our life,and discusses how to make excellent works that can arouse the audience's resonance and bring laughter and tears to the audience.The concluding part mainly discusses the obstacles and prospects of the development of domestic animation,hoping that domestic animation can walk out a bright road in terms of quantity,quality and characteristics.The development of domestic animation is still very long.Many people have some misunderstandings about the concept of "anime".Many excellent works are not recognized,so I hope that in the future "anime" will no longer be synonymous with "naive" and "low age".And truly become a very important part of Chinese film and television art.
