As a modern educator,Wang Fung-Chiai has devoted himself to promoting China's education towards modernization.In response to what kind of education can truly save the nation and build the country,Wang Fung-Chiai has carried out a lot of research and practice.Deepening the study of such a character is the best memory of future generations.The teachings of parents,the taint of traditional education,the edification of the spiritual characteristics of Huxiang culture,and the propaganda of the Three People's Principles have had a profound influence on the formation of Wang Fung-Chiai's personality and world outlook,and the influx of modern Western educational democratic scientific concepts has been deeply integrated.Among the blood of Wang Fung-Chiai,the intertwining of the two different cultures of China and the West is the best summary of the source of Wang Fung-Chiai's educational thoughts.After graduating from Beijing Normal University,Wang Fung-Chiai started a 45-year uninterrupted educational career.Due to historical data limitations,this article only studies the 28-year educational career before Wang Fung-Chiai moved to Hong Kong in 1949.During this period,Wang Fung-Chiai's educational thoughts not only included the superstructure of education and culture,textbook compilation,educational history research and other educational research,but also included the specific links of the implementation of education in middle and higher education administration and teacher education.In terms of moral education,Wang Fung-Chiai advocates the re-establishment of moral standards,and the moral standards are specific.In terms of political education,Wang Fung-Chiai advocated that education should be consistent with politics.Under the background of the war of resistance environment and education modernization,national education and civic education should be strengthened.In terms of teacher education,Wang Fung-Chiai attaches importance to the balanced distribution of education funds,and advocates that teachers' colleges should be independent,and that China should establish the opportunity to train university teachers.In terms ofservice performance as the standard and advocate that the school strengthen long-term contact and research with graduate students.In the research of the history of education,Wang Fung-Chiai made a staged division of modern Chinese teacher education,and put forward a series of viewpoints on the scope and clues of the study of educational history.Wang Fung-Chiai 's thoughts are extensive,the center is also close to reality,and the emphasis on combining with psychology is the advantage of Wang Fung-Chiai 's thought.Due to the limitations of the times and the party's position,Wang Fung-Chiai's educational thoughts also have factors for serving party politics,and his educational thoughts are hard to rise to theory.the height of Despite this,Wang Fung-Chiai still used his lifelong dropouts to influence the development of education in modern China,especially for the rehabilitation of education in Xiang Province.
