Study On The Business Model Of Animation Industry Based On The Theory Of Industrial Chain Integration

Under the new normal of economy driven by Internet technology,the ecological system of animation industry is undergoing great changes.In the era of Internet+,the integration of each link of the animation industry chain and the integration trend of animation and related industry,not only provides a great opportunity for our country's animation industry development,but also put forward the urgent demand to the animation industry business model innovation of reality.Based on the background of Internet plus,combing the development status of China's animation industry and the types of business models of China's animation industry,this paper focuses on the integration of China's animation industry chain in the new era,the relationship between the integration of China's animation industry chain and business model innovation,as well as the innovation path of the animation industry business model.To be specific,this paper firstly introduces Internet + theory,stakeholder theory,transaction cost theory,industrial chain integration theory and national cultural security theory which are closely related to the research theme from the perspective of economics,management science and communication science,and comprehensively sorts out the domestic and foreign relevant literature on business model and business model of animation industry.Secondly,it mainly summarizes the development status of China's animation industry,puts forward the business model of China's main animation industry and analyzes its operation status.In addition,this paper summarizes the performance and characteristics of the integration of China's animation industry chain in the Internet + era,and discusses the relationship between the integration of animation industry chain and the business model innovation of animation enterprises by applying the smile curve,business model value creation and other theories.Then,the dynamic mechanism of the innovative business model of the Internet + era animation enterprises is analyzed with the theories of transaction cost and stakeholders.Finally,this paper summarizes the concept of business model innovation of animation industry,and provides comprehensive theoretical suggestionsfor business model innovation of animation enterprises based on advanced enterprise cases and relevant policy guidance.
