| The narrowly defined "IP film" refers to a film adapted from intellectual property such as literature and art;in the broad sense."IP film" refers not only to the film itself,but also to the derivative of the film.which is the product of the combination of literary works and modern civilization.As the classic masterpiece of Big IP,Journey to the West provides a steady stream of material for the creation of film and television dramas because of its fantasy plot and diverse themes.Beginning with the "The Monkey King Wars Leopard" in 1926,the film and television interpretation of the Journey to the West gradually began.With the change of the aesthetic style of the times,the audience's expectation for the Journey to the West IP film is constantly changing.On the basis of absorbing and synthesizing existing research,this paper attempts to use the basic classification theory of aesthetic field,based on the specific accepted facts of Journey to the West,and takes "character aesthetic" "“subject matter aesthetic" and "audiovisual style aesthetic" of Journey to the West as the main research object.A comprehensive and comparative study on the evolution of the aesthetic style of Journey to the West IP film.In the main content,this paper is divided into five parts.The first part clarifies the concept of Journey to the West IP film,and systematically sorts out the development of Journey to the West IP film.The second,third and fourth parts elaborate on the aesthetic process of Journey to the West IP film from three aspects: content,implication and style.The fifth part lists many problems in the adaptation of Journey to the West IP film,and starts from the four perspectives of creators,works,audiences and society,and proposes countermeasures for the positive development of the IP film aesthetic trend.The last part is the conclusion and outlook. |
