As we all know,high school students in English classroom learning time is very limited,the environment is not good practice of English.However,the problem behavior of high school students in English classroom has become a common phenomenon in the course of English teaching,and how to solve these problems effectively is the concern of the school,English teachers and parents.This not only can improve the teaching efficiency greatly in English class,and the management level of English teachers,but also can create the atmosphere of harmonious teacher-student relationship,so as to improve the English teaching work better.The physiological and psychological characteristics of the contemporary high school students also increase the difficulty of English classroom management to a certain extent,so as to further analyze the basic types and influencing factors of students’ English classroom problem behavior.Finally,the author puts forward how to deal with high school students ’ classroom problem behavior.Through the use of literature analysis,questionnaires and interviews to investigate and analyze senior high school students ’ classroom problem behavior,and put forward effective strategies.Therefore,the study selected the researchers in a high school to carry out research,including questionnaires in 500 senior high school students;The interview was made up of 37 students from senior high school English teachers and 20 pupils,and a week’s observation of the high school English class.The conclusions are as follows: English classroom problem behaviors of senior high school students are common,their main forms are explicit and unconscious,and English classroom problem behaviors of senior high school students are diverse because of the specialty of the subject,and high school students are different because of gender.The difference in English achievement will also lead to the difference in the performance of English classroom problem behavior.However,the problem behavior of high school students is caused by many factors.According to the questionnaire,high school students tend to attribute their problem behavior to themselves,teachers and environment.In the management of English classroom problem behavior,English teachers can teach according to their aptitude.In order to improve students’ problem behavior in English classroom,we should cultivate students’ self-discipline ability,improve English teachers’ ability and level of classroom management,establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,optimize the surrounding environment and reduce the factors that are unfavorable to students’ learning. |
