| Under the background of the new course reform,the concept of cooperative learning is gradually accepted by people.In 2001,the Ministry of Education launched a new round of basic education course reform.It presented the basic education course reform outline.It emphasize to change too much accept learning and learning by rote.It advocates active learning and willing to explore.Teachers should train the students’ ability of communication and cooperation.The English Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011)states that English courses should be oriented to all students and develop students’ skills.Teachers should learn about students’ different learning experiences,levels and styles.Group cooperative learning is the main form of inquiry activities in English class of junior middle school,but the emergence of problem behavior in class leads to the effect of group cooperative learning is not ideal,so it’s necessary to study the status of problem behaviors in class under the background of group cooperative learning.Using the method of literature analysis,questionnaire,classroom observation,interview.Choose the students of Yanji S Middle School as the investigation object,through questionnaire method and interview method to learn about the situation of the classroom problem behavior in cooperative learning.The final conclusions are: the classroom problem behavior in Yanji S Middle School is commom;during group cooperative learning in S Middle School of Yanji City,students have personality problem behaviors,behavioral problem behaviors and emotional problem behaviors,which affect the teaching and learning effects of group cooperative learning;the English teachers in Yanji S Middle School lack professional management knowledge and ability;the teaching skills and methods of English teachers in S Middle School of Yanji City need to be improved;Yanji S Middle School English classroom management system is not perfect.According to the above conclusions,measures are put forward from three aspects of students,teachers and environment: respecting and satisfying students’ reasonable physical and mental needs,promoting students’ physical and mental health;facing up to the age characteristics of junior high school students;cultivate students’ ability of self-management;establish a good peer group relationship;optimize the classroom teaching method,enhance the teaching effect;improve teachers’ classroom management ability and master scientific classroom management methods;Establish classroom routines;ensuring efficient home-school collaboration;seating arrangement. |
