Correction And Supplements To Edition Of Poetry Of Song Dynasty

Over the past 20 years after the completion of The Complete Poems of the Song Dynasty(CPSD),many scholars have done a lot of research on editing and correcting errors of CPSD,and obtained a lot of results.From the source of the literature,the use of stone carving literature,especially the new stone carving literature,is still less,and can be further studied.Stone inscriptions often has the value of editing and correcting poems.It can also be used to verify the poet's life and the writing background of poems.Therefore,this paper mainly uses stone inscription literature,supplemented by other documents such as local chronicles,to compile and correct some of the poems in CPSD and the life information of some poets.The full text is divided into three parts:The first chapter uses stone inscriptions,including unearthed epitaphs,cliff stone carvings,stone carvings preserved in local chronicles,to compile CPSD.The first section supplements the poems of poets already included in CPSD,and verifies the writing time,place and background of these poems.The second section supplements the poems of poets not included in CPSD,tries to verify the information of poets and supplement their personal profiles.The second chapter uses stone inscriptions and local chronicles to correct CPSD.The first section is to correct some poems mistakenly collected in CPSD,mainly including the incorrect collection of other Dynasty poems and the incorrect collection of poetry of Song Dynasty.The second section corrects the re-emergence of poetry in CPSD,including the repetition of the author and the listing of the same poem among multiple authors.The third section supplements and collates the incomplete and different versions of some poems in CPSD.The third chapter corrects and supplements the biographical information of some poets.The first section corrects and supplements some information about the names of poets.The second section mainly uses newly unearthed epitaphs to correct and supplement the information of the poet's birth and death.The third section corrects the errors in the poet's personal profiles about his life and official experience.
