Study On Corporate Culture Construction Of The Z Records Group

As corporate culture gradually becomes a key factor in the construction and development of enterprises and a definition of the current development direction of the new era,it is of vital importance that the corporate culture of state-owned enterprises can meet the needs of cultural development in the new era of the nation.Therefore,this thesis takes China's state-owned Z-Records Group Co.,Ltd.as a case study to analyze the current situation and strategy of state-owned enterprises' corporate culture construction.by analyzing the macro-development environment of the Z Records Group and the micro-operation of enterprises,to straighten the current situation of the company,to sort out the drawbacks in the construction of the Z Records Group under the influence of domestic and foreign development situation and social and cultural differences,and to make a comparative analysis of the system culture between parent company and subsidiary company.It will find out the problems existing in the process of employee acceptance of the company's current culture via investigating the current situation of employee acceptance in the construction of corporate culture.A detailed study on the situation and problems are in progress to the corporate culture construction in the Z Records Group Co.,Ltd.At the same time,it is expected that the reference can be provided for the existing problems and countermeasures in the cultural construction of other state-owned enterprises through the study of the problems and countermeasures in the corporate culture construction of the Z Records Group.
