Analyzing Of National Culture Impact On Corporate Culture Construction

Throughout the history of the development of enterprise management from the earliest experience of management theory, scientific management theory to the 20th century, the 80's the rise of cultural management. Management gradually formed a trend which corporate culture dominated the management. Corporate culture is an important factor in the success of modern enterprise management. 20th century 80's,corporate culture has been introduced into the domestic. More and more Chinese enterprises attach importance to the building of enterprise culture, and also achieved some success. But there are still a lot of questions in Chinese corporate culture construction and development, and the most fundamental question is that the corporate culture in Chinese enterprise is not Chinese corporate culture.Although, theoretical circles research corporate culture to some extent combinating Chinese historical tradition and characteristics ,More and more enterprises in the process of building a corporate culture followed the West theories of corporate culture No basis on enterprises and the characteristics of the environment to shape their own corporate culture in line with the enterprise development ,thus it can not be effectively integrated into enterprise management. Corporate culture as a sub-culture,it rooted in business management culture which is in the specific time and space,the construction of corporate culture by the impact of national culture is inevitable.It is especially important that we integrated China's national culture into the building of enterprise culture,Seting up corporate culture in line with the characteristics of Chinese culture and business, to effectively promote sustainable development of Chinese enterprises on the corporate culture.In this thesis, the research methods are dialectical materialism and historical materialism in light of cultural study, cultural anthropology, management disciplines etc,analyzing corporate culture and national culture,summarizing the basic spirits of the Chinese culture.Focusing on National Culture impacting on the building of corporate Culture.Summing up the corporate Culture status of our country and current problems dialectically,puting forward the overall countermeasures are that learning from the national culture nutrition to build Chinese corporate culture.
